MANUFACTURING SERVICES – DEEP DRAW AND STAMPING Deep Draw and Stamping American Cap Co., Inc
manufactures deep drawn items such as cylinder shells which can
be shipped to the customer “as is” or finished in house.
Cylinder stamping and serialization are also available. Deep Draw: Our deep draw capabilities are supported using state of the art hydraulic deep draw press technology. We utilize both conventional draw practices and draw – reverse draw – redraw practices to achieve draw ratios above 4:1.
Stamping Department: Our stamping department utilizes the capacity of twenty-three (23) mechanical & hydraulic presses capacities ranging from 30 tons to 2000 tons. Press feed equipment is incorporated in many of the stamping cells.
