With our 2 new lasers, we can now manufacture products at a higher rate than before. Our powder coating line allows us to paint/powder coat the products to the customer's requirements. 

Our facility houses all that is needed to manufacture a wide variety of products to meet the demands of our customer. Stamping, Laser cutting, Threading, Bending & Forming, Welding, Machining as well as our powder coating department. We currently manufacture and ship to the four corners of the globe. 

With this rugged design, the tulip cap is designed to protect the valve in the harshest environment.

If safety is a concern, American Cap offers a wide variety of cylinder safety products such as our own safety snap cap which allows the valve and gauges to be connected and used while the valve itself is locked and protected from prying fingers.
